This liquid filling and capping machine is designed for 50-100ml large-volume oral liquid or syrup bottles. Featuring a screw filling system and a no-bottle-no-filling function, it ensures efficiency, precision, and reduced wastage by only dispensing liquid when a bottle is correctly positioned. In addition to the filling machine, we provide auxiliary equipment such as bottle feeding machines, washing machines, tunnel sterilization ovens, and labeling machines to form a complete production line. Equipment adjustments can be made to match your specific production line requirements.
- Equipped with a 316L stainless steel pump controlled by a PLC, offering high filling accuracy and an adjustable filling range for various applications
- Features an automatic bottle infeed and outfeed system with a durable conveyor belt made from POM material and driven by a Taiwan-brand motor with stepless speed control
- Utilizes a servo motor to drive four stainless steel piston pumps for precise, fast filling. Filling parameters for different bottle sizes can be easily adjusted via a touchscreen. Optionally, the system can be upgraded to a ceramic pump structure for enhanced performance.
