The ultrasonic vial washing machine is designed for cleaning bottles and containers in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. It automates processes such as bottle feeding, ultrasonic cleaning, water and air alternating rinsing, and bottle discharge, ensuring high efficiency and superior cleaning performance.
- Features a vertical rotary drum structure with mechanical arms for bottle gripping, flipping, and tracking motion of washing needles, providing high cleaning efficiency and optimum results
- All components in contact with cleaning liquids are made of 304 stainless steel and non-toxic, corrosion-resistant materials. The working area is enclosed with transparent PC glass to prevent external contamination.
- Equipped with a terminal filter to ensure that washing water and compressed air meet cleanliness requirements
- Driven by an AC motor with frequency conversion speed adjustment and PLC control, offering stable and dependable operation
- Includes an automatic temperature control system for water in the tank and water level control switches to prevent equipment from operating without water in the pump, ultrasonic system, or heating elements.
