The automatic screw capping machine overcomes the limitations of traditional intermittent cappers, such as slow speed, loose capping, and limited application scope. It linear bottle feeding, automatic cap placement, and continuous capping, with an innovative lifting-type cap dropping system to eliminate noise from vibration-based cap feeding, significantly enhancing productivity. Its strong compatibility allows the capper to handle a wide range of bottle and cap sizes with ease and simple adjustments. It is ideal for various industries, including pharmaceuticals, food, and cosmetics, ensuring consistent and efficient capping processes.
