A tablet coating machine is used to apply coating materials to the surface of tablets, forming a protective layer. With a production capacity of 60kg to 150kg per batch, our tablet coating machine is ideal for the pharmaceutical industry, enabling the sugar coating of pills and tablets. It is also suitable for coating sugar-coated pellets in the food industry, as well as rolling, mixing, and polishing spherical or granular materials in light industry and chemical applications.
The sugar coating pan is equipped with a controllable hot air system and an automated liquid/gas supply spray system to give the tablet a thick shiny coating. Using a high-atomization spray gun, coating materials are evenly applied to the tablet surface while the tablets move in a complex, continuous trajectory within the coating pan.
Our film coating machine efficiently and evenly applies a durable protective layer to tablets, pills, and bubble gum, enhancing their appearance and stability. Thanks to the intelligent control system, temperature and negative pressure adjustments can be easily managed with a touchscreen, ensuring consistent coating across different products.
