The sugar coating pan is equipped with a controllable hot air system and an automated liquid/gas supply spray system to give the tablet a thick shiny coating. Using a high-atomization spray gun, coating materials are evenly applied to the tablet surface while the tablets move in a complex, continuous trajectory within the coating pan.
